Terms and Conditions

  1. The Inspire India NGO run under The Inspire Welfare Society (Reg No. 01669)
  2. Membership is open to individuals who share and support the vision and mission of The Inspire India NGO. Membership is non-transferable.
  3. A nominal 365/- membership fee will be charged to help sustain our initiatives. This fee is non-refundable and will be valid for one year, until 31st March 2026.
  4. Misuse of the NGO’s certificate, ID card, or any other materials is strictly prohibited. If any member misuses them, their membership may be canceled, and the NGO will not be responsible for any consequences.
  5. Members are expected to:
    1. Abide by the NGO’s rules and regulations.
    2. Maintain the dignity and reputation of the NGO.
    3. Avoid any behavior that may harm the NGO’s image or mission.
  6. Members are encouraged to actively participate in NGO initiatives, events, and volunteer opportunities to further the cause.
  7. Personal information collected will be used only for internal purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
  8. The NGO reserves the right to terminate membership if a member:
    1. Violates the terms and conditions.
    2. Acts against the interests or objectives of the NGO.
  9. The NGO will not be held liable for any personal loss, injury, or damage incurred during participation in its activities.
  10. The NGO reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be informed of any changes.
  11. The authority to make any significant or final decision related to the NGO shall solely rest with the founding members, and their decision shall be final and binding.
  12. The Inspire India NGO is registered under 80G, 12A, and is eligible for CSR contributions, allowing donors and companies to avail tax benefits.”

  1. द इंस्पायर इंडिया संस्था द इंस्पायर वेलफेयर सोसाइटी (पंजीकरण संख्या – 01669) के अंतर्गत कार्य करती है।
  2. संस्था की विचारधारा, उद्देश्य और कार्यों का समर्थन करने वाले व्यक्ति ही संस्था की सदस्यता ग्रहण कर सकते हैं।
  3. ₹365/- का नाममात्र सदस्यता शुल्क हमारी पहलों को बनाए रखने के लिए लिया जाएगा। यह शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा और 31 मार्च 2026 तक एक वर्ष के लिए मान्य रहेगा।
  4. एनजीओ के प्रमाणपत्र, पहचान पत्र या किसी अन्य सामग्री का गलत उपयोग करना प्रतिबंधित है। यदि कोई सदस्य इनका दुरुपयोग करता है, तो उसकी सदस्यता रद्द की जा सकती है, और इसके परिणामों के लिए एनजीओ जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
  5. सदस्य को संस्था के नियमों का पालन करना, संस्था की छवि व सम्मान बनाए रखना और ऐसा कोई काम न करना जिससे संस्था को नुकसान हो।
  6. सदस्य को संस्था के अभियानों में होने वाले कार्यों और कार्यक्रमों में भाग लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाता है।
  7. आपकी जानकारी को गोपनीय रखा जाएगा और किसी से साझा नहीं किया जाएगा, जब तक कि कानूनन आवश्यकता न हो।
  8. यदि कोई सदस्य नियम तोड़ता है, संस्था के खिलाफ काम करता है तो उसकी सदस्यता समाप्त की जा सकती है।
  9. संस्था किसी भी कार्यक्रम के दौरान किसी भी व्यक्ति को होने वाले किसी निजी नुकसान, चोट या क्षति के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।
  10. संस्था कभी भी नियमों में बदलाव कर सकती है। नियमों में बदलाव किए जाने पर उसकी जानकारी सभी सदस्यों को दी जायेगी।
  11. एनजीओ से संबंधित किसी भी महत्वपूर्ण या अंतिम निर्णय का अधिकार केवल संस्थापक सदस्यों के पास सुरक्षित रहेगा, और उनका निर्णय अंतिमऔर मान्य होगा।
  12. द इंस्पायर इंडिया एनजीओ 80G, 12A के तहत पंजीकृत है और CSR योगदान के लिए पात्र है, जिससे दानकर्ता और कंपनियाँ आयकर में छूट प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
  13. “मैं नियम और शर्तों को स्वीकार करता/करती हूँ और द इंस्पायर इंडिया एनजीओ के उद्देश्यों और लक्ष्यों का समर्थन करने के लिए सहमत हूँ।”
